Custom & Keepsake Jewellery

Keepsake jewellery containing ashes, hair, pet fur, flowers, breastmilk, or other sentimental materials is custom-made specifically for each customer.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, custom keepsake jewellery cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any keepsake materials sent to us are packaged securely and sent using a tracked postal service.
