Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
Unused and unworn
In their original packaging
In a resalable condition
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Angel Parcel cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Custom-made or personalised jewellery
Memorial jewellery containing ashes, hair, fur, flowers, or other keepsake materials
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
