Custom Keepsake Orders

For keepsake jewellery containing ashes, hair, pet fur, flowers, or other sentimental materials, customers are responsible for safely packaging and sending their keepsake materials to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when sending keepsake materials.

Angel Parcel cannot be held responsible for keepsake materials lost in transit before they are received by us.
